MISSION
Our mission is to develop each and every athlete to be the best in
their game. Through a sport specific strength and conditioning program,
our pitchers focus on developing proper mechanics. Not only will our
program increase a pitcher’s velocity, but with that will come
better consistency and command. Our hitters will also go through strength
and conditioning drills, and they are taught the major league style
of hitting. This includes both professionally learned and self designed
techniques to take each swing to a new level.
TESTIMONIALS
"Proper execution of pitching mechanics is a must for every successful
pitcher. Jason has not only taught Robby how to properly execute the
mechanics of pitching but also how to repeat those mechanics through
each and every inning of a ball game. Repeatable mechanics for Robby
have resulted in better accuracy, increased velocity, and quicker recovery."

Jason Navarro Professional Baseball Instructor
Navarro was recruited from West Monroe, Louisiana in 1994 as a tight end on the Tulane football team. Left handed Jason Navarro is one of the most successful pitchers in Tulane History. Navarro compiled a remarkable record of 23-2 during his two seasons with the Green Wave earning All American honors both years.
In 1996, Navarro posted a perfect 11-0 record, which still stands as the best single-season record in school history. Named to Collegiate Baseball’s second team All American squad as a sophomore, Navarro compiled an even more impressive season in 1997 when he went 12-2 with a 2.00 ERA and 135 strikeouts. That year Navarro was named the Conference USA pitcher of the year as well as a first team All American by the National Collegiate Baseball Writer’s Association, and was drafted in the fifth round of the MLB draft by the St. Louis Cardinals. Navarro’s career record of 23-3 is still tops in Tulane history.
Navarro pitched for nine years at the professional level, including time with the St. Louis Cardinals, Seattle Mariners, and Tampa Bay Devil Rays clubs. Navarro also pitched with the Long Island Ducks and Nashua Pride of the independent Atlantic League. Throughout his professional career, Navarro held several impressive streaks including a 24 game streak in AA New Haven without allowing an earned run in 2001. Navarro and family now reside in River Ridge, Louisiana and look forward to teaching and helping a new generation of athletes to be the best in their game.
